What will Super Bowl LV in Tampa be like?

The NFL is revealing some of their current plans. They are going to allow for twenty percent capacity, according to ESPN.

They’ll have fans in their pods six feet apart.

Even if a Week 18 is tacked on to this regular season because of games that have to be rescheduled due to COVID-19, there would be no pre-Super Bowl off week. It would still be held on February 7th.

Tampa’s Mayor Jane Castor said at a recent meeting, it was discussed that plans are in place for 16,000 to 70,000 fans. She said, “We’re going to put on the most spectacular Super Bowl ever under probably the most different circumstances ever, but this is Tampa and we do things big here so it will be safe and it will be spectacular.”
