A man hopped on top of a New York city bus in Brooklyn with a flamethrower so he could shoot flames in the air.

Police unions and MTA officials use this as an example as further decay of one of America's greatest cities.

You've got to watch this insane video.

The guy who did it is a local rapper. His dangerous dispaly was done as a "tribute" to the rap gang Wu-Tang.
