A woman in Pasco County had a terrifying experience.

Her brother wanted to remain anonymous, but he relayed what she went through on November 9th to News Channel 8. “She woke up frantic, she went ballistic. She was screaming and so forth. She was frantic and she said there was a guy that was outside her window fliming himself and exposing himself and it kind of sent her into a rant because she felt violated.”

Amanda Hunter is a spokesman for the sheriff’s office. She explained that the man had some very recognizable tattoos. “Several tattoos…several of which are very distinct. Across his stomach, he has what appears to be a rifle and as well as the name Amanda.”
