OK, actually it's not Ice selling the house. It currently belongs to Laura Van Winkle - Vanilla Ice's ex-wife, according to Creative Loafing. They say Ice transferred the home over to her for $10. It costs a bit more now. They say the home has a pending offer at about $800,000. Originally they were asking $900,000. But $799,990 is still not a bad profit, huh?

They say Ice bought the property about 15 years ago for around $715,000. The house is at 10364 Trianon Place in Wellington, Florida near West Palm Beach.
It has 5 bedrooms, six bathrooms, 3 car garage, and a saltwater pool. The home is 4,165 square feet. They ask that you not wear shoes on the white carpet stairs and upstairs if you take the tour.
