Roxanne is feeling extra frisky today.
The weather in the Bay area this morning is the perfect way to kick off December. But this is only the beginning for the rest of the week.
You could say it’s cold, chilly, or even brisk outside. What about “frisky?” MJ, Froggy, and Fester have never heard that term to describe cold temperatures outside. They seem to think that word should be used to describe a different feeling.
What is the true definition of “frisky?”
