Mayor Jane Castor is looking to find what cocktail can be created that represents the city of Tampa.
There are 13 local hotspots that will be competing with their creations. A panel of judges will narrow the field to a final group. The winner will be selected by the community.
The event, Crafting Tampa's Cocktail, takes place today, December 1, from 6-8pm at Winter Village at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. Guests are invited to join the socially distanced event. The City of Tampa wants to remind everyone that visitors to the event will be required to wear masks.
For those who want to watch but don't wish to visit Winter Village at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, the event will be live-streamed on Facebook and Twitter.
