Tampa Raptors Logo Might Be A Little TOO Florida

It's not an 'official' logo (yet) but perhaps the design just looks too cool!

The Toronto Raptors were not able to play their home games at Scotiabank Arena for the upcoming season, so they found a temporary home at Amalie Arena in Tampa, similar to the Toronto Blue Jays playing their home games in Buffalo in this past baseball season. You can read more about that here.

There likely won't be a logo change, but this one just looks too good to pass up on it! Even Canadian network Sportsnet gave us a good, closeup look at the logo.

It didn't take long before other logos began appearing.

Even Sports Illustrated hopped onto the bandwagon.

The slogan #wethenorth won't change either, though Tampa Bay Lightning captain Steven Stamkos tweeted a change.
