A new advertisement for the app "Slotomania" features John Goodman, but it's not fully himself. It's actually John Goodman's face with the body of someone else's finger. He is shown being put underwater, stuck up someone's nose, and almost chopped up by a butcher's knife. It's definitely a strange way to advertise a gambling app. What creeps out MJ the most?
