The National Weather Service has deemed Tuesday’s tornado as an EF-2.
MJ talks with Fox 13’s Chief Meteorologist Paul Dellegato about the tornado that swept through multiple parts of Tampa Bay yesterday.
The tornado began in Pinellas County and then made its way through parts of Hillsborough County. Paul Dellegato describes the tornado as one that shares characteristics of those that normally occur in the western United States.
While this was a powerful tornado, there were no reported injuries. That’s a relief.
MJ and Paul talk about how this tornado shared a common location to the one that hit Tampa back in 1993 during the No Name Storm.
