A pilot program, several Florida counties will begin administering coronavirus vaccine at Publix stores.

Announced by Governor Ron DeSantis today, the pilot program starts with 22 Publix stores. The stores that begin the program are locatedd in Hernando, Citrus and Marion counties. Publix will have 15,000 doses of Moderna’s vaccine to administer.

Appointments need to be made for the vaccine. Appointments can be made online. Details will be announced on how to register.

Postponed 2020 Tampa Area Concerts That Will Happen in 2021

We didn’t get to see many live shows in 2020 in Tampa Bay. Sporting events and concerts were among the first to go when the coronavirus entered our lives. Sure there were a few of those drive-in and socially-distanced concerts. But what about the big shows like Elton John and that stadium tour with Motley Crue, Def Leppard and Poison. While some concerts were canceled, these ones have rescheduled dates so hold on to that ticket. Some may get pushed back or canceled again. We learned in 2020 to play it by ear. As of right now, here are the ones planning to go on with the show.
