Jose Gasparilla Will Light Up Tampa Sky With Lasers

There will be a light show in the skies over Tampa Bay as the Jose Gasparilla pirate ship is rigged with lasers. When will we get to see this show?

The bay will be lit up on the Friday and Saturday nights leading up to the big game. There will be four shows per night.

Shows will take place on Friday, January 29th and Saturday, January 30th, Friday, February 5th and Saturday, February 6th. The times of the show will be 6:55, 7:55, 8:55 and 9:55. Each show will last about four and a half minutes.

The ship will be near the Tampa Convention Center and can be viewed from all around its location, about 400 feet from shore. In honor of the big game it will be be decorated with flags representing the 32 teams.
