We know a good Florida Man story when we see one, but this one has the highest mark of approval.
New Port Richey's Matthew Leatham was arrested Sunday morning. Why? He called 911 to find a ride home...Not once, but twice! And his manners were lacking. He even swore at the dispatcher on the call.
The officer who came to arrest Leatham the first time had offered him a taxi, but Leatham didn't have money and just decided to walk.
But then he called 9-1-1 AGAIN.
But what makes him so notable is the mark between his eyebrows...now THAT is a true Florida man.
