Raymond James Stadium In Tampa Could Become Mass Vaccination Site

Roger Goodell, commissioner of the NFL, has told the new administration of a plan for football stadiums.

A letter was sent to President Joe Biden by Roger Goodell that explained this plan. He made an offer which would allow all 32 teams' stadiums to be made available for mass Covid-19 vaccinations. Goodell also pointed out that seven league stadiums are already doing so.

This falls in line with a government plan to set up 100 mass vaccination sites across the country.

Commissioner Goodell also stated that the league welcomed 7,500 healthcare workers, who have been vaccinated, to the game. Each team was permitted to send four vaccinated workers to the game as well.

Note, there are only 31 NFL stadiums, as the New York teams share the same stadium in New Jersey.
