Tampa Bay fans might not be happy to see that even after blowing away their competition at Raymond James Stadium, the Bucs are not the odds-on favorites to hoist the Vince Lombardi Trophy in 2022. Who is?
At BetMGM.com, the team with the best odds to win the championship? The current odds show the Kansas City Chiefs. They’re followed by the Green Bay Packers, and third in line is Tampa Bay.
Is this a case of haters being haters? Probably not. There’s a long way to go, and the Bucs need to sign some free agents, and Kansas City might have players back who were out of Sunday’s game because of injuries.
There are so many factors to work in right now that it’s really not worth sweating over. We’ll wait for the season and enjoy watching the world champs defend their trophy.
