Tampa boasts another million dollar winner from the Florida Lottery.
63-year-old Orlean Collins is a happy lady. She won the $1,000,000 top prize from scratching a $5 ticket, the "$1,000,000 Money Tree".
The lucky lady chose to receive the lump sum of $880,000.
The scratch-off ticket was purchased at Pebble Creek Fuel at 19707 Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in Tampa.
The store will get a $2,000 bonus from the Florida Lottery for selling the ticket.
