I've talked a bit in commercials and on my Facebook page that Bayonet is bringing on more people at projects all over the Tampa area. But in 60 seconds, I don't really get to tell you why I am such a fan of this company.
I don't do a lot of endorsements. You've heard me gush over the pizza at Cristino's but when it comes to Bayonet, it's about their company culture. I come from a family that has a successful business that's been around for decades, just like Bayonet. I know that when you work with family, it can be rewarding but stressful too. And when you're competing against big corporations, the little guy doesn't always win. That's why I loved hearing Kris tell me the story of how Bayonet grew to what they are now. At one point, she had tears in her eyes as she talked about her passion for treating not only customers right, but employees too.
