The two city officials joined others as they rappelled the side of the Hilton Downtown Tampa. The event, "Over The Edge" is a fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.
Each of the more than 50 participants was involved to raise more than $1,500 apiece. This event did not require rappelling experience, training was provided.
Even the Buccaneers' and Lightning's mascots went 'Over The Edge'.
