Bootcamp Workouts Under the Bending Arc at The St. Pete Pier

The weather is perfect for getting outside and working out, so I visited St. Pete Pier to see if it’s a good place to exercise. The past year I have been extra lazy and definitely put on a few unwanted pounds. Going to a gym wasn’t something that I did pre-pandemic so I’m really not going now. The Pier is so long that you can walk, run, spin in circles and there’s still no one around you.
The Pier offers workouts throughout the year such as bootcamp workouts, bodyflow, bodyweight workouts and spin classes under the bending arc! Even workouts for parents with kids to do during the day. Professionals come in to teach these courses and you need to sign up quickly.
St. Pete Pier is a perfect place to go. Besides the great views of downtown St. Pete, the Pier offers beach access, a splash pad, a fishing pier with cleaning stations, lots of room for biking, roller-skating, and when you’re done working out you can grab a bite to eat.
During the day bring your sunscreen there’s not a lot of shade and a few bucks for parking, it’s about $3 an hour. If you’re up for a longer walk there’s always free parking closer to Vinoy Park.
See you there!
