Palm Harbor Getting SoFresh Restaurant Location

If you've tried SoFresh before, you'll know why people in Palm Harbor will be happy.

SoFresh calls itself "signature ‘fast-casual fresh’ cuisine" on their website. They offer made-to-order salads and bowls, wraps and quesadillas. You can get what they offer or you can design your own. Also, smoothies and juices that are made with fresh fruits.

Now, here's what's most important: there's a new location coming to Palm Harbor in 2021. It'll be located at 246 East Lake Rd. by the Shoppes of Boot Ranch near Publix.

The expansion is one of up to 10 new locations to be opened in 2021. There will also soon be Carrollwood and Lakeland locations. Other places they are looking to open, including Trinity, Wesley Chapel and Riverview.
