There’s a really happy lottery player today in Hillsborough County.

Channel 10 reports there was only ONE winner in Powerball this week. That means all $238 million goes to the winner and that person bought their ticket right here in our own backyard. The ticket was purchased at the Publix on Nebraska Avenue in Lutz.
