Someone Bought Tom Brady Rookie Football Card $2.25 Million
We know Tom Brady is THE MAN. He’s the Greatest Of All Time.
Guess what just happened in the world of sports memorabilia. His rookie football card sold for $2.25 million.
It was signed by Brady, and it was sold by an online sports auction house, Lelands. Of course that sales price set a record. It was a 2000 Playoff Contenders Championship Rookie Ticket card, and is one of only 100 made.
Guess who/what held the previous record. Another Tom Brady rookie card. That one had sold for $1.32 million on the PWCC Marketplace last month.
Lelands President is Mike Heffner. He said, “Tom Brady continues to shatter records both on and off the football field.”
The seven-time Super Bowl winner should certainly be pleased with this latest record.
