Wow. Just wow. This looks spectacular. Imagine Clearwater released this video last week to show off plans for the redevelopment of the area around Coachman Park.
Near the end of the video you see what the 4,000 seat concert venue will look like. And the designs for the recreational spaces with playgrounds and walk paths are pretty spectacular.
