You might understand when a woman saw about $1 billion in her bank account, she was clearly shaken.

No, she didn't win big. In fact, the money was never even there.

Here's what happened. Largo resident Julia Yonkowski tried to take some money from her account. She thought she saw nearly a billion dollars on the printed receipt, but she was unable to withdraw the $20 she tried to get. Julia then tried to contact Chase Bank to find out what was going on.

As it turns out, it wasn't a $1 billion balance. It was a $1 billion NEGATIVE balance. That's why she couldn't make a withdrawal. No, she didn't actually owe $1 billion. The account was a joint account with her late husband. The account was frozen by Chase to prevent fraud.
