#2 - Florida

Central Florida has the theme parks, there are beaches all the way around the state, and Florida is home to a wide variety of beers! Sports are played year-round and there must be a good reason people keep moving to Florida!

Rude you, say? Floridians? Well, you can kiss my...Okay, just kidding! Based on that reaction, maybe we are rude.

But seriously, how can people in the state that is home to Mickey Mouse be rude? We should be so happy and in good non-rude-moods since we are in such close proximity to Disney World.

Here's how this crazy information came about and Florida earned the honors of FOURTH rudest state. Verizon got together with a not-for-profit, Kindness.org, as they put on their Call for Kindness campaign. They ranked states by kindness or "capacity for kindness." Apparently, Florida is bottom of the heap.

According to the study, the kindest states are:

1.Kentucky
2.New Mexico
3.Oklahoma
4.Georgia
5.North Dakota

The only "less kind" states than Florida are: Arizona, Kansas and Maryland.

These are the types of scenarios that were presented to those who were surveyed:

~Would you become an organ donor for a family member?
~Pull a stranger from a burning car?
~Adopt and raise a family member?

I would imagine these are deeply personal, and it depends which Floridian you ask.
