One of our very own is making sports headlines!
Joan Rodriguez, an Account Executive at Beasley Media Group here in Tampa Bay, had a close call with Tampa Bay Rays player Brett Phillips at yesterday’s game.
When Phillips went for a running catch during a play yesterday, Joan didn’t expect him to be heading right towards her. But he wasn’t going to let it drop. Watch it happen below.

Phillips clearly saw Joan was terrified there for a second, but he did reassure her with a couple of pats on the head. All is good!
