While police had a perimeter around the house where an armed man was on the roof, they hadn't expected this. A woman drove through on a golf cart, ignoring the Pinellas County sheriff's deputies who were trying to keep the scene safe.
The woman was completely naked, driving the golf cart toward the house that had an armed man. Deputies were able to catch her, remove her from the golf cart and arrest her. The woman, from Boston, Massachusetts, will face a charge of resisting an officer without violence. She has been released from jail on her own recognizance.
Yes, this was a "Florida Woman" from Boston. The arrest affidavit did state that the woman smelled of alcohol.
