Report: Rob Gronkowski Injury Is Bad
Not the news Bucs fans want to hear for sure. Tonight, the highly-anticipated with the Bucs and Tom Brady’s former team the New England Patriots has everyone talking. But one of Brady’s key weapons will not be on the field. Antonio Brown is back after a COVID-19 related absence but Gronk didn’t make the trip. We originally heard it was a rib injury. But a report out this morning says it’s a lot worse than that.

Not the news Bucs fans want to hear for sure. Tonight, the highly-anticipated game with the Bucs and Tom Brady's former team the New England Patriots has everyone talking. But one of Brady's key weapons will not be on the field. Antonio Brown is back after a COVID-19 related absence but Gronk didn't make the trip. We originally heard it was just a rib injury. But a report out this morning says it's a lot worse than that.
Fox NFL Sunday's Jay Glazer tweeted today that Gronk told him he has “4 cracked ribs, 1 broken rib, and a punctured lung.” So today may be the first of several games the Buccaneers will have to be without Rob Gronkowski. Glazer said Gronk told him the severity of the injuries is the only reason he would miss a game like tonight's. Fans were curious why the Bucs didn't put Gronk on injured reserve. Will Gronk being out be a big factor? We'll find out tonight.
