(Photo by Chris Unger/Zuffa LLC)It's the second time he's been arrested this year, according to ESPN. UFC Light Heavyweight fighter Luis Pena was arrested early Saturday morning in Deerfield Beach for domestic violence. The call came in at about 12:30am. Pena is being held on $1,000 bond.

Pena was arrested back in June of this year on robbery and battery charges. He pleaded not guilty to both charges. He's scheduled to be in court on October 28.
UFC isn't commenting nor do they have him scheduled to fight, according to the ESPN story. They say his last fight was in April before the first arrest where he got a split decision win in a fight against Alexander Munoz in Las Vegas. [Source: ESPN]
