Vincent Demshar, 57, of Tampa, won the $1,000 a Week for Life. The game's drawing from October 7, 2021, earned him the big win. He chose to take the winnings as a lump-sum $1 million at the Florida Lottery's Tampa District Office.
The ticket was purchased at the Publix located at 4315 West Gandy Blvd. in Tampa. The store will receive $2,000 for selling the winning ticket.
