Richard Marx Announces 2022 Clearwater Concert
Hold On To The Nights… well this night: Tuesday, March 22, 2022. That’s when ’80s ballad master Richard Marx will be in Clearwater for a performance at the Bilheimer Capitol Theatre. It’ll be a night of acoustic performances of some of his biggest Q105 hits like “Right Here Waiting,” “Hold On To The Nights,” “Don’t Mean Nothing,” “Should’ve Known Better” and “Endless Summer Nights.” He’ll also sprinkle in a few hits he’s written for other artists.
Richard Marx is touring in part to promote his book “Stories To Tell,” which chronicles his upbringing in the 60s through the rise of his career and up to how he dealt with all the downtime during the pandemic when he had his own health issues to deal with.
Tickets start at $44.50 and go up to $69.50 in the mezzanine. Orchestra seats top out around $125. The Bilheimer Capitol Theatre is located downtown Clearwater at 405 Cleveland Street. Face masks are encouraged, but are optional if you’ve been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
