Video acquired by NBC 2 shows a woman watching a movie with her phone propped up on the steering wheel of her car while driving in Fort Myers. Reports say this woman was driving on Colonial Boulevard, and was completely disengaged from what was happening on the road.
Apparently, she was so distracted, she didn't even notice she was being recorded.
It is illegal to use a cell phone while driving in the state of Florida. However, this woman clearly cared more about what was happening on-screen.
