$1 Million Scratch-Off Sold At St. Petersburg Winn-Dixie

A Treasure Island woman struck gold with a Florida Lottery scratch-off ticket.

Vicki Collins purchased a $5 Gold Rush Supreme scratch-off ticket and won $1 million. She claimed her lump-sum payment of $880,000 at the Florida Lottery Tampa District Office.

The ticket was purchased at Winn-Dixie, located at 1049 62nd Ave. in St. Petersburg. The store will receive a $2,000 commission for selling the winning ticket.

The $5 Gold Rush Supreme scratch-off game began in January, 2021. There are still 5 of 24 $1 million prizes remaining. The game has prizes ranging from $5 to $1 million.
