Publix Suing Another Company Over ‘P’ Logo

At some point, most people have seen the iconic 'P' Publix logo. But Publix says another company's logo is way too similar.

Pharmapacks, an online marketplace for retail products, is getting sued by Publix for trademark infringement, unfair competition, and trademark dilution over the similarities in its logo.

The Pharmapacks logo uses a white 'P' surrounded by a blue circle. More recognizably so, Publix uses a white 'P' surrounded by a green circle.
