A new condo tower coming to Tampa’s Riverwalk will offer homeowners 5 Star Hotel service.
The new condo/hotel combo will be 37 stories tall. It will be built along Tampa’s Riverwalk by Brorein Street and Whiting Street. It’s expected to open in 2024.
Described on the website of Pendry Hotels & Resorts, developer of the property:
“Pendry Tampa will introduce a new modern luxury experience to the Tampa Riverwalk area with 220 design-forward hotel guest rooms, 207 private Pendry Residences, three signature food & beverage offerings, world-class spa and fitness center, rooftop pool and a myriad of Riverwalk fronting retail and restaurant outlets alongside more than 11,000 square feet of private event space.”
Pendry also calls it “California Influence. Florida’s Coastline.”
The condo staff, dedicated to residents, will be available with round-the-clock room service. Residences of one to three bedrooms will be available, with a starting price of $900,000.
