Big winner alert!

A man from Homosassa, Florida is now $5 million dollars richer after scoring the top prize from a Florida Lottery Scratch-Off ticket. 58-year-old Jeffrey Ariss purchased a GOLD RUSH LIMITED ticket from the Star Food Mart in Homosassa.

The Florida Lottery announced he will now be walking away with a lump sum amount of $3,960,000.

Not only does Ariss receive a tremendous amount of cash, but so will the store he bought it from. The Florida Lottery says the Star Food Mart will also receive a commission amount of $10,000 for selling the winning ticket.
