If you got stuck in that mess when Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard was shut down last week, we're learning more about the accident from Clearwater Police.

43 year old Igor Gayevoy had a blood-alcohol level of an astonishing 0.371. He was involved in a crash that shut down Gulf-to-Bay during the afternoon rush hour. Fox 13 reports he made a quick u-turn on SR60, drove into a parking lot and hit a vehicle, wall, snapped a utility poll in half and a palm tree.

After getting outof Bayfront Medical Center, Gayevoy planned to head back to New York but was arrested. He's facing charges of leaving the scene of a crash involving injury, recless driving and, well obviously, DUI. .371 is more than four times the legal limit in Florida (.08).
