Christopher Leman of Lee County tells WINK News that he was planning to sell his Audi S4 for extra cash. But, that all changed when an unidentified man took off with his car on Sunday.
According to reports, Leman says the man told him he wanted to buy the car for his son. Apparently, the man went for a test drive, and stopped at a local mechanic shop so that he could show the car to a friend. That's when Leman says the man asked him if he could do a burnout with the vehicle. However, the man drove off with the car instead.
Leman told WINK that he and his wife began following the suspect, but gave up after seeing him swerve in and out of traffic.
