Waking up this morning, it was quite a change for Tampa Bay. After day after day with the air conditioners putting in some overtime in the middle of winter, we had to hunt down a light jacket this morning. Temperatures in the Tampa area dipped into the 40s... not cold enough for snow.

For our neighbors to the north in the Florida panhandle, it was a different story. Check out this video from the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office. They say it was 75 degrees up there yesterday, but at 3am, you'd have never known it as a pretty heavy snow began to fall.

This cold weather will not last by the way. In the Tampa area, we'll be in the mid 70s for the rest of the week.
