Tampa-Based HGTV Series Returns For 3rd Season

It's always great to see the Tampa area shown off on a TV show. This one focuses on the area, and it's been picked up for season 3!

The home build show, 100 Day Dream Home, features husband and wife Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt. Together, they help families design their own dream home from the foundation up. They visit the build site, to looking through currently standing homes for ideas, to shopping for all the little details. What separates this show from many other build shows is the 100 days. Each home is completed in 100 days or fewer. Brian and Mika also make sure there's room in the budget they're given to create special surprises.

So far, HGTV has shown two seasons of the show, and now they've ordered a third season. The new season is set to debut on February 21 at 8 p.m.

Together, Mika and Brian Kleinschmidt make the perfect pair for this show. Mika is the realtor and designer, while Brian is the developer. They also competed in last year's season of HGTV's Rock The Block. Spoiler alert... they won, beating out three other design teams and earning the honor of having the street named for them.

It's not too soon to think about Florida's beaches.
