VIDEO: Man Rides Electric Scooter Into Hillsborough River

A video has gone viral after a man was recorded driving an electric scooter off of a dock into the Hillsborough River. This happened at the Tampa River Center at the Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park.

The video has gained a lot of attention, but it’s unclear who this person is.

  • Live concerts both days: Friday, beginning at 4 p.m. and Saturday, beginning at 10 a.m.
