St. Petersburg Man Won $1 Million From Florida Lottery
Another Tampa Bay resident wins big from the Florida Lottery, this one from St. Petersburg.

It seems the Florida Lottery is finding lots of winners. The latest in the area is a Pinellas County resident.
52-year-old Gary Franklin of St. Petersburg won $1 million from the Florida Lottery
. He won with a '500X The Cash' scratch-off game.
Franklin purchased the winning ticket at B&N Food Mart, located at 2000 62nd Avenue in St. Pete. claimed his winnings at the Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He took his winnings as a lump-sum payment of $820,000. The store will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
'500X The Cash' is a $50 scratch-off ticket. The game features prizes ranging from $100 to $25 million. There are still 126 of 160 $1 million prizes still available. The game also features 2 $25 million prizes, both of which are still available, according to Flalottery.com.
