6 Foot Wide Hole Causes Road Closure In Zephyrhills
Channel 8 reports a big old hole has opened up on Chancey Road in Zephyrhills. They say it’s about 6 feet wide and 4 feet deep at the moment. As a precaution, Chancey Road is now closed between 6th Avenue and Copeland Drive. Teams will be assessing the situation but for now, you’ll pretty much need to go around the other side of the airport.
According to the Pasco Government Facebook page, you’ll find signs along Chancey Road to direct you to alternate detour routes. A detour is being set-up to divert traffic to 6th Avenue, 20th Street, and Copeland Drive. For additional questions and information, they ask you to call the Pasco County Department of Public Works at 727-847-8143. This road is maintained by Pasco County. [Source: Channel 8]
