TWO $1 Million Dollar Florida Lottery Scratch Off Winners at Publix 6 Miles Apart
Shopping is a pleasure when you walk out with a bag of groceries and a million dollars.
The Florida Lottery’s 500X THE CASH scratch off game paid off big for two Sarasota residents. Both bought a Florida Lottery scratch-off ticket and won the $1 million prize. The tickets were purchased at Publix, but not the same one.
Evan Fried and Sandra Rmus both chose to receive their million-dollar prizes as a one-time, lump-some payment of $820,000. Fried bought his winning ticket from the Publix located at 8300 Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota while Rmus bought her winning ticket from the Publix at 5100 Clark Road in Sarasota. The two Publix stores will each receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket. [Source: Local10.com]
