Got that neighbor who just won't take care of his yard? Maybe move to Dunedin.

Channel 8 reports that James Ficken of Dunedin is now facing almost $30,000 in penalties because his grass was too high. As you can imagine, this wasn't a one-time fine. They say the battle between Ficken and the city dates back to 2015. Fines have added up... $500 a day. After appeals and court hearings, the verdict is in. Ficken has to pay up.

The fines started about 5 years ago when Ficken left Florida to sell his mother's home. He says the guy he hired to take care of cutting the grass had died and he didn't know. By the time the problem was addressed, that whopping total was close to the $30K mark.

Don't know if they were voted Most Likely To Succeed in the yearbook, but these Tampa area high school grads all made their mark. From actors to pro wrestlers (although that could be considered one and the same), reporters to rappers, the list of celebrities who wore the cap and gown at their high school graduation here in Tampa Bay is pretty diverse.

Word is his parents gave him a choice. Private or military school. Tatum chose Tampa Catholic and graduated in 1998. It's not known in which class he learned those moves from Magic Mike.

A 1980 graduate of Chamberlain High School. We sadly lost Shock G (AKA Humpty Hump) last year far too young. "The Humpty Dance" will forever be a Q105 Saturday Night Dance Party favorite.
