Teen Arrested For Running Over Man In Wheelchair
A wheelchair-bound victim was hit by a pickup, which was caught on video. An arrest was made of a teen.

The man in a wheelchair was crossing a parking lot in Austin, Texas. He saw a vehicle driving recklessly and tried to signal the driver to slow down.
The pickup seemed to turn directly toward the wheelchair and hit it directly. A passing fire engine was on the scene immediately after the incident occurred. The man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
Police were able to use the video footage to identify the vehicle's driver. According to CBSAustin.com, 17-year-old driver was charged with "failure to stop and render aid (serious bodily injury), injury to a disabled person, unlawful carrying of a weapon and failure to identify in relation to the case."
The Austin Police Department posted the video to YouTube. The video is graphic, view at your own discretion.
