A Florida man is in trouble for a few reasons, not the least of which is domestic battery. Then he did something completely unexpected with an excavator.

The victim, a woman, was beaten by the Florida man. He had allegedly been trying to get drug money. The man dropped the victim off at a gas station, stranding her. He then took off in her pickup.

The pickup was driven to an excavation company where the Florida man worked. He then began to smash the victim’s pickup with an excavator.

The woman was able to contact family. They were able to get to the excavation company in time to see the truck get crushed.

Charlotte County deputies arrested the Florida Man. He’s charged, according to Fox 4 News, with domestic battery by strangulation, criminal mischief and false imprisonment.
