It was a special moment for Disney World visitors yesterday as the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds flew over Main Street USA and Cinderella’s Castle at Magic Kingdom. The occasion? National Veterans and Military Families Month begins in just a few days.

You have another chance to see the Thunderbirds this weekend if you’re up for a road trip to Orlando. They will fly at the Orlando Air and Space Show at the airport in Sanford Saturday (October 28) and Sunday (October 29). General admission is $37.50. That includes parking. Preferred seating is available for $74 which gets you out of waiting in line and you get dedicated restrooms and concession stands.
