Two Tampa Restaurants Earn Spot On List Of Florida’s 10 Best Places to Dine On Thanksgiving
Are you scrapping the traditional Thanksgiving meal at home with family for a night out at a restaurant?
Is it my imagination or is there an uptick in folks dining out for Thanksgiving? I’ve actually done it twice over the last two years and had a really pleasant experience doing so.
Trips to Discover came out with their list of the “Ten Best Restaurants To Dine At For Thanksgiving.”
The two Tampa spots that made the list were the Rusty Pelican in Rocky Point and the Yacht StarShip in Downtown Tampa.
Rusty Pelican offers an amazing a la carte dinner on Thanksgiving. They’ve got classics like the salt-roasted turkey and steak and eggs benedict. They have creative dishes as well, like the mushroom pappardelle pasta. And for dessert their mini homemade pumpkin pies are to die for.
Yacht StarShip sounds totally out-of-the-box for Thanksgiving, but it’s a blast. Enjoy your traditional turkey feast while you cruise around the bay.

Why The Fall Time Change Makes Roxanne So Happy
This is my favorite time of the year. Sure, the holidays are fun, and it’s nice to feel cooler weather, but what really makes me so happy is being able to change the clocks.
If they pass this Sunshine Act, I’m going to be so angry. I feel like the politicians did NOTHING to figure out what is actually good for your body and good for you sleep cycles when they came up with this bill. Americans STRUGGLE when it comes to getting enough rest and shoving us into year-round Daylight-Saving Time would only make things worse.
