Tampa Man Wins $1 Million From Powerball
The Florida Lottery announced a Hillsborough County man claimed $1 million from a Powerball drawing.
62-year-old Ronald Carlson of Tampa won $1 million from Powerball. The drawing took place October 10, 2022.
Carlson claimed his winnings at the Lottery’s Tampa District Office. He purchased his Powerball ticket at Publix, 12024 Anderson Rd. in Tampa. The store will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The current Powerball jackpot is $653 milllion, and the next drawing to take place tonight at 10:59 p.m. (Tickets must be purchased by 10:00 p.m. to be eligible.)
