Steven Tyler and Joe Perry of Aerosmith perform at the Songwriters Hall of Fame 44th Annual Induction and Awards Dinner at the New York Marriott Marquis on June 13, 2013 in New York City.

The hints were less than subtle last week. Signs with the Aerosmith logo and the words “Peace Out” were seen at Amalie Arena. Now we have the details. Aerosmith’s farewell “Peace Out” tour will run from September into 2024. There will be a tour stop at Tampa at Amalie Arena on October 11, 2023.

Tickets for Aerosmith’s last Tampa concert will go on sale Friday (May 5) at 10am through Ticketmaster. No word on ticket prices yet. I’m told there will be NO ticket presales for this show. The Black Crowes will open the show.

Joe Perry in a recent interview said Joey Kramer is still a part of Aerosmith, but fans shouldn’t expect to see him on this tour. Perry said Kramer has been “beating himself up” for the last 50 years and will be unlikely to be able to tour.
